Villa Dashti

Seclusion and privacy were the main drivers behind the concept for this private residence due to the presence of adjoining neighbors to the east and west. Consequently, the structure employs an introverted design as a contemporary use for the courtyard.

The villa makes full use of the 1000sqm plot with features that include: a large family room; two spacious reception areas (one for men and one for ladies); a main and an indoor kitchen; a generous dining room; four bedroom suites on the first floor; a master bedroom suite on the ground floor with an exercise room; a home theater; and a swimming pool in the courtyard. The villa also has an elevator that accesses all floors and an underground parking area with a full capacity of six vehicles.

The expression of the residence is one of mass and solidity with minimal openings to the outside. The impression is softened with facades composed of natural, rose-colored sandstone from India and flamed-roseate granite acting as wainscots.
